Birdwatching For Beginners

This program is designed for individuals who wants to get to know about birdwatching and birds life. It is perfect for schools students, from kindegarten, primary, junior high, to senior high students, since we do it with sharing lots of fun moments together.

Highlights of Sulawesi-Halmahera

Maleo is definitely the most highlighted species of our Sulawesi-Halmahera trip in September-October 2024. We visited the breeding ground of the species and found 37 individuals coming in one morning. This megapode went to a white sandy beach of Sulawesi and dig holes with their strong legs before lay their eggs inside the hole and bury them with the sand. After that, they will let the heat of the sand help to incubate the eggs.

Within just 2 days of birdwatching with Rangkong Indonesia in a village of West Borneo Province, Indonesia, we found 84 species of birds. Some species to mention are Scarlet-rumped and Red naped Trogon, 3 species of Broadbill, Western hooded Pitta, Rhinoceros and Black Hornbill, 7 species of Babbler, 4 species of woodpeckers, Hook-billed Bulbul along with 6 other bulbul species and many other bird family.

Early Year 2024 Bali Birding

On the second day of 2024 we got a couple of Chinese who would like to do birding in Bali for 4 days. Within those days, we went to the cliff area of south Bali, the vast paddy field area, highland forest, lowland forest and also shrimp ponds area. It was a successful, yet fun birding with more than 126 species seen and mixed with cultural and beautiful landscapes of the Island of the Gods.

Fakfak Cassowary

We just got back from a short trip to Papua visiting the Fak Fak region for 2 targets species; The Southern Cassowary and the Banded Yellow Robin. Yes, we got them big time alongside some amazing birds and other wildlife species.

Birds & Mammals Trip

We are very delighted to have Sebastien & Frederic from France as our Birds and Mammals tour guests. Both of them were very nice and fun person. Perhaps, due to those wonderful personality, therefore we saw quite a lot of animals

Fun and Easy Birding

During our birding trip with guests from Northern Ireland we saw lots of endemics. Including Javan kingfisher, Javan Hawk eagle, Javan sparrow, Javan banded pitta, Green junglefowl, Green peafowl, Black winged myna, Bali myna, Flame fronted barbet, Rinjani scops owl, Ornate pitta, and many others. This trip is considered an easy trekking with lots of beautiful scenery. From grassland savannah, mountainous rainforest, dry monsoon forest, to the cliff of southern tip of Lombok island.
